‘Chocolate’ Sauce

Ingredients
  • 10 Portions

    Cocoa Powder 60g

    Caster Sugar 140g

    Milk 200ml

    Margarine 20g

     

  • 50 Portions

    Cocoa Powder 300g

    Caster Sugar 700g

    Milk 1ltr

    Margarine 100g

     

  • 100 Portions

    Cocoa Powder 600g

    Caster Sugar 1.4kg

    Milk 2ltr

    Margarine 200g

     

Method
  • Add all of the ingredients cold to a pan
  • Place over a medium heat and allow to simmer
  • Cook for 10 minutes until the sauce is hot and started to thicken
  • Serve with churros
