World Book Day Competition 2026
The Fictional Feasts competition invites children to design a healthy school meal for a chosen book character. This links perfectly to World Book Day celebrations, the Eatwell Guide, and Food For Thought’s mission to promote nutritious, enjoyable meals for all pupils. You may use the included lesson plan, worksheets and resource sheets to support learning. All primary-aged pupils may enter.

- Deadline Friday 13th March 2026
- Include the teacher’s name, school and contact details
- You may enlarge worksheets to A3 or attach additional sheets if children need more space
- Open to member schools only
