Family Workshops
These workshops allow families to have the opportunity to learn how to cook nutritious and budget friendly meals, whilst also understanding the benefits of nutrition. The programme will help to target any fussy eaters and allow families to come together through the power of food.
Cooking Together, Learning Together
Our Family Cooking Workshops bring parents, carers and children together to cook, eat and learn in a relaxed, welcoming space. These sessions are hands-on, practical, and perfect for encouraging healthier habits at home.
Each workshop is bespoke and fully tailored to meet the needs of your school community. Whether you’re supporting fussy eaters, promoting low-cost meals, or building confidence with cooking from scratch, we’ll design something that works for you.
These workshops were created in response to direct requests from our member schools — and we continue to shape them around what you tell us you need. If your school has a challenge — around food, growing, nutrition or cooking — we want to help. We work for our members, not just with them.
Get in touch — we’d love to build something together.
What our schools think…
“Parents enjoyed the ability to sit and spend the time with their own children in a school environment.”
“The session encouraged the children to try foods they wouldn’t usually try at home.”
