Fresh Fruit Yoghurt Crunch Pots

Ingredients
  • 10 Portions

    Fresh Fruit – raspberries, blueberries, pineapple etc

    Natural Yoghurt

    Flapjacks (as per FFT recipe) crumbled

    4oz pot

    Fresh Fruit – raspberries, blueberries, pineapple etc

    Flapjacks (as per FFT recipe) crumbled

Method
  1. Chop fruit into medium sized pieces
  2. Add to the bottom of one of the portion pots
  3. Add one generous spoon of natural yoghurt
  4. Sprinkle over the crumbled flapjack
Key Points
  • It is difficult to add quantities to this recipe. Use your judgement based on the amount of ingredients you have. This is a good recipe to use up left over stock.
