10” Tortilla Wraps 10
Mayonnaise 1 tsp per wrap
Lettuce – Shredded 10g per wrap

Chicken Schnitzels (As per FFT Recipe) 2.5kg
10” Tortilla Wraps 50
Mayonnaise 1 tsp per wrap
Lettuce – Shredded 10g per wrap

Chicken Schnitzels (As per FFT Recipe) 5kg
10” Tortilla Wraps 100
Mayonnaise 1 tsp per wrap
Lettuce – Shredded 10g per wrap

Method

  1. Prepare the ‘Chicken Schnitzels’ as per the FFT Recipe
  2. Add the cooked chicken goujons to a warmed tortilla wrap
  3. Add some lettuce and mayonnaise if the children would like it
  4. Serve

Key Points

You could lightly season the chicken goujons in a little cajun spice to add more flavour to this dish.
