Method
- In a mixing bowl combine condensed milk and icing sugar, this will make a thick sticky mixture
- Add the coconut and mix very well
- Split into two
- Add some food colouring to make one half pink
- Dust a work surface with icing sugar
- Roll out into 2 rectangular shapes
- Place the pink on top of the white
- Roll out a little to make a two tone shape, leave uncovered to set ideally overnight
- Cut into squares
