Method
- Prepare the fish goujons as per the FFT Battered Fish Recipe
- Slice one roll lengthways
- Lightly spread with mayonnaise
- Add a little sliced iceberg lettuce
- Add 4 goujons and cut in half (2 per portion)
- Serve immediately
