Fresh Fruit Yoghurt Crunch Pots

Ingredients

Fresh Fruit – raspberries, blueberries, pineapple etc
Natural Yoghurt
Flapjacks (as per FFT recipe) crumbled
4oz pot

Method

  1. Chop fruit into medium sized pieces
  2. Add to the bottom of one of the portion pots
  3. Add one generous spoon of natural yoghurt
  4. Sprinkle over the crumbled flapjack

Key Points

It is difficult to add quantities to this recipe. Use your judgement based on the amount of ingredients you have. This is a good recipe to use up left over stock.
