Quorn Stovies

Ingredients

Quorn mince 400g

Onion – Diced 200g

Carrot – Peeled and diced 200g

Swede – Peeled and diced 200g

Potato – Peeled and diced 200g

Salt To taste

Pepper To taste

Gravy (FTT recipe)

Olive Oil As Required

Garlic 1 Clove

Mixed herbs pinch

Quorn mince 2kg

Onion – Diced 1kg

Carrot – Peeled and diced 1kg

Swede – Peeled and diced 1kg

Potato – Peeled and diced 1kg

Salt To taste

Pepper To taste

Gravy (FTT recipe) As Required

Olive Oil For frying

Garlic 2 cloves

Mixed herbs 1tbsp

Onion – Diced 2kg

Carrot – Peeled and diced 2kg

Swede – Peeled and diced 2kg

Potato – Peeled and diced 2kg

Salt To taste

Pepper To taste

Gravy (FTT recipe) As required

Olive Oil For frying

Garlic 4 cloves

Mixed herbs 2 tbsp

Method

  1. 1. Starting with a hot pan, add the Oil, Carrots, Swede and Garlic and fry for 10 minutes
  2. Add the Quorn mince to the pan and cook for a further 10 minutes
  3. Add the potatoes and continue to cook for 15 minutes on a low heat with the lid on the pan.
  4. Add the required amount of gravy and cook until potatoes are soft.
  5. Serve with crusty bread
