Soft Spread – 400g

Sugar – 200g

Plain Flour – 1.5kg

Soft Spread – 1kg

Sugar – 500g

Plain Flour – 3kg

Soft Spread – 2kg

Sugar – 1kg


  1. Combine ingredients into a planetary mixer and mix until a dough has formed. Be careful not to over mix as this can affect the quality of the biscuits.
  2. Flatten the biscuit dough to around 1.5cm thick and using a cutter, cut out the desired size.
  3. Place in the oven at around 170 degrees and bake until golden brown.
  4. Remove from baking tray while still warm and cool using a cooling rack.
