Nutrition Mission

Curriculum-linked food and nutrition lessons for primary schools.

Nutrition Mission is a brand-new scheme of work developed by a qualified nutritionist.

This flexible, teacher-friendly scheme supports KS1 and KS2 pupils to explore healthy eating, sustainability, and food literacy through fun, interactive lessons that link directly to the national curriculum.

Each lesson includes:

  • Clear learning outcomes
  • Engaging, editable presentations
  • Teacher guidance and resources
  • Practical and discussion-based activities

Pupils explore:

  • The Eatwell Guide and balanced meals
  • Where food comes from
  • Cooking skills and kitchen confidence
  • Packaging, food waste and sustainability
  • Healthy swaps and responsible food choices

Teach it across a term or use sessions as standalone lessons — it’s entirely flexible. We’re piloting the scheme in 2025/26 and would love your feedback.
